It's the review most teams would run themselves, if the calendar ever allowed, and the best way to start working together.
Health Check
A focused review of one area of your Slate instance, delivered in two weeks.
Examines a single population or office of your choosing, such as undergraduate admissions or graduate enrollment. Within that scope, we review queries and rules, the application and forms, communication flows, and the data coming in and out.

Findings serve as the discovery phase for any follow-on project, with no separate discovery fee. Half the fee is credited toward a follow-on of $25,000 or more that implements the findings, if signed within 90 days.

For institutions running several populations or offices in one Slate instance. Covers up to three populations or offices of your choosing, plus a review of your SIS integration, up to two vendor data feeds, and the portals that serve those populations.

Additional Slate instances, integration testing, and implementing recommended changes are outside the Health Check and can be quoted separately.
